Jeff Nahley launched GlassRock Capital Partners in April 2018 after 30+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and direct equity investments in New York and Nashville. Having personally completed more than $7 Billion of Public Offerings, Private Placements, and M&A Advisory transactions during the course of his career, Jeff’s focus with GlassRock is to identify and uncover special investment opportunities in partnership with successful privately held companies which leverage his unique industry domain experience and relationships with talented management teams and attractive business models.

Prior to launching GlassRock, Jeff served as a Managing Director and the Group Head of U.S. Healthcare Investment Banking for DCS Advisory (DCS) through March of 2018. From 2009-2017, Jeff served as a Managing Director, Partner, Member of the Management Committee, and Head of the Services Investment Banking practice for Signal Hill Capital, a boutique M&A advisory firm which was acquired by Daiwa Securities in 2017 and subsequently rebranded as DCS. From 2001-2009, Jeff was a Founder, Board Member and Head of the Investment Banking Group for Avondale Partners. During Jeff’s tenure as Head of Investment Banking with Avondale, he managed a practice consisting of more than 20 professionals in Nashville, Philadelphia and San Diego, overseeing the execution of approximately 120 investment banking transactions and assignments exceeding $11 Billion of value. Jeff started his career with Bankers Trust in 1986 in New York, where he spent 7 years focused on structured financings and M&A. He is a graduate of Middlebury College (BA) and Columbia Business School (MBA).
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of ACG Tennessee, actively participating in regional and national ACG events throughout the U.S. and meeting “face to face” with more than 150 institutional private equity firms, mezzanine capital providers and senior lenders each year.
